Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

(d) On May 6, 2019, Brian A. Berube, Cabot Corporation’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, announced that he would be leaving Cabot. Mr. Berube will step down from these positions effective June 3, 2019 and will remain an employee of the Company until July 14, 2019.
