Biography

Erica McLaughlin became President and Chief Executive Officer of Cabot Corporation in October 2026. Prior to her appointment, Mrs. McLaughlin served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy. Since joining Cabot in 2002, she has held a variety of leadership positions across the company's finance organization, strategy function and global businesses, including Vice President of Business Operations for the Reinforcement Materials segment and General Manager of the tire business, Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, and Global Director of Strategy, Planning and Finance. Before joining Cabot, Mrs. McLaughlin worked for KPMG LLP in its audit services division. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Azenta Life Sciences and served on the Advisory Board of FM Global from 2020 to 2026. Mrs. McLaughlin holds an MBA and a BS in Accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
