Michael M. Morrow
Mr. Morrow was elected Non-Executive Chair of the Board effective October 1, 2023.
Mr. Morrow joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a public accounting firm, in 1977 and retired from the partnership in June 2016. Mr. Morrow was a consultant to PwC from the time of his retirement until June 2017. During his tenure, he served as both an audit and overall relationship partner, and also held a variety of leadership positions as well as significant governance roles. Mr. Morrow is a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Committee, an advisory body to the Financial Accounting Standards Board and as of January 2020, also serves as Chairman. Mr. Morrow was a member of PwC’s Global Board of Partners and served as the Lead Director for PwC’s U.S. Board of Partners. He also previously served as a member of the Boards of the business schools at Wake Forest University and the University of Rhode Island.
