Cabot Corporation Appoints Brian A. Berube Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Berube joined Cabot in 1994 as Counsel. Prior to that, he was a member of the Corporate Department at Choate, Hall & Stewart, a Boston law firm, where he represented and advised both private and public companies in corporate and securities law, contract and business law, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Choate, Hall & Stewart, Mr. Berube served as a law clerk to a justice on the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Legal Foundation and is a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Berube received his bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his law degree from Boston College Law School, where he was a member of the Boston College Law Review.
