Cabot Announces Global Patent Cross-License Agreement with Honeywell
BOSTON, Dec 14, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Cabot Supermetals, a business of Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) today announced it has entered into a global patent cross-license agreement with Honeywell's Electronic Materials business covering certain of their respective proprietary tantalum (Ta) technologies related to the production of high-purity Ta metals and sputtering targets.
