In this role, Dr. Hubbard will assume responsibility for Cabot’s global technology and research and development (R&D) function. As CTO, she will be responsible for shaping and evolving Cabot’s technology strategy while driving execution in support of the Company’s business objectives.

Dr. Hubbard’s distinguished background includes leadership positions at several global Fortune 500 companies. Most recently she was Vice President of R&D for Avery Dennison’s Label and Graphic Materials division in
Dr. Hubbard is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and earned her PhD in Polymer Science from the
